​Who We Are

Guy J. Qualtire started in the plumbing business in 1955. In 1964, Qualtire Plumbing Company was founded in Phoenix, AZ.  

In 1984, Guy retired and turned the business over to his son, Dennis and daughter-in-law, Karen. Dennis was a contractor who specialized in construction and merged his talents to form Qualtire Plumbing and Construction. For over 50 years, Qualtire Plumbing and Construction has been a licensed contractor that offers a full range of both residential and commercial services.

2024 will mark our 60th anniversary! We are still operating in the same Phoenix location that Guy started back in 1964. At Qualtire Plumbing and Construction, we want you to be our customer for life. We treat you like family and strive to earn and keep your loyalty. As a result, some of Guy Qualtire’s original customers are still with us.
